Courts have sometimes decided that means T-shirts are protected. Let's look at the First Amendment: - Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the government for a redress of grievances. - When government bans prayer from public events they are establishing the religion of Atheism and prohibiting free exercise of other religions. At some events where prayer is unconstitutionally banned someone will begin to say the Lord's Prayer, soon everyone joins in. Let freedom ring in America!
